For controlling multi-boiler heating systems with two-stage burners.

The Gamma 2233BK controller is preferably used for cascaded multi-boiler systems.

In the data bus network, a maximum of five two-stage boilers can be controlled with a further four controllers of the same type and, depending on the system design, a maximum of up to ten mixed or five unmixed heating circuits as well as up to five water heating circuits can be controlled.

The advantage of this device concept lies in the decentralised control of the heating system. Each boiler is exclusively assigned a Gamma 2233BK central unit, which, in addition to the burners, also includes the peripherals belonging to the boiler (shut-off devices, boiler circuit pumps, sensors, etc.) in the control system. In this way, the installation effort is reduced to a minimum compared to a central multi-boiler control system. The connection between the controllers is essentially limited to the common data bus line, on which the communication between the controllers is handled.
